What strings are yellow and have a purple silk?

When I bought my stingray in 2007 it came with a set of yellow strings that had a purple silk wrap on the ends of the stings. I remember really liking the sounds I got from these strings. What kind are they?

I think the Optima gold strings have purple silk on one of their sets.

Very pricey:

The Dean Markley Alchemy strings are gold with puple silk. They are stainless steel.

They are the Randy Jackson signiture strings.

Mine have black silk. Perhaps things have changed.

There was an ad in Bass Player magazine talking about them.

Here's the link:

I can't find a picture online, but there was one in the magazine.
