Whats a good semi flat wound string set?

Sign in to disble this ad
I just bought a 2008 Fender American Standard P bass and want to string it with semi flat wound strings. What is a good brand that anyone can suggest. I play 105 to 45 gauges on my other basses. Thanks.

I'm running GHS Brite Flats on my Hollowbody. Not sure of the guages. I like 'em so far.

Same here, not sure if those are going to be too bright for you....I liked the sound of them, personally.

+ 1 on that! They are much better than D'Addario Halfies.
