You mean that loud 'FRAANG' sound it makes when you pluck it hard? Normal. To get rid of it raise the action. Or loosen the truss rod. Or both.

It's called fret buzz, caused by a number of things,action being too low,neck back bow,or playing too heavily.

It also appears that you are picking out instead of down. by picking out you are causing the string to travel back into the frets causing that rattle.
