what's your favorite acoustic bass string?

friends
finally picked up an acoustic bass, gently used.... the Bronze strings seem pretty dead.
can someone tell me your favorite brand/type of string for this?

Rotosound Tru-Bass Tapewounds. Massive gauge though (115-65), may be a problem, may not.
