Who makes "first Act" bass guitar strings?

Who makes "first Act" bass guitar strings?
I have researched this and can't find an answer. Anyone out there know?
I picked up three sets of 4 string, nickel roundwounds for 1$ per set.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe they are made by GHS...I think I read that somewhere. Email First Act about it...I'm sure they'd let you know.
