Wierd string gauge mix

Anybody use an unusual mix of gauges? I have used for years 40-100 Hibeams or 40-125 for 5 string. But sometimes I feel like I'd rather have a heavier gauge E and A. Anyone ever played a 40-60-85-105 set? I don't want to switch brands and have called DR about custom gauging such as 40-60-82-103 but they won't do it.

i once tried talking my local guitar store owner into putting .55 .65 .85 .95 gauged strings on my bass but he refused, calling me a mad man.

Most I've really strayed from my 45-65-85-105 is a 43-65-85-110. Not many brands do custom gauging.

I prefer 45-65-80-100-130. There are some sets out there like this, but never the brand I want to try.

I like .40-65-85-105-135, but I can't get them like that the G is always .45
