Will Fender 8250 set fit on G&L L-2500?

Sign in to disble this ad
I just got a new Trinute L-2500 (love it). I'm thinking of the DR Sunbeams or nickel Lo Riders, but I wanted to maybe try the Fender 8250 5 string set with the tapered B and E since they are a little cheaper.

Will they fit string-through on a G&L bass? Will the silk wrappings clear the nut?

I see Fender also has the 8255, which are kind of hard to find. Are these a better choice for the L-2500? Thanks.

Any thoughts on this particular question?

Greetings from the North,

Yes, they should fit.
