Will the La Bella Hofner Bass Strings Fit Any 30 0r 32 Scale Bass?

I love the La Bella flatwound sound, and would like to put them on a 30" scale Artcore Ibanez (has trapeze bridge, so needs 32" scale strings).

I have read here and there that the La Bella Hofners have a special taper at the end, to fit into the Hofner peg head.

Does this taper make them less likely to fit my Ibanez? My other choice is the D'Addario Medium scale Chromes. I really would prefer the La Bellas.

I found La Bella medium scale flats on JustStrings.com.
I put 760FM-M (.049-.109) on my AGB200 and they fit and sound perfectly.
There is also, if you prefer, the 760FL-M (.043-.104) or the 760FX-M (.039-.096).
