| "Woody" Sounding Strings

I know this may be a little vauge but i cant think of any better description. For my jazz bass (MIM but pretty nice) i would like to give it more of a woody sound (like the bass on many of the Door's recordings especially Morrison Hotel if that helps). Are there any strings youd recommend?
