i want to change my string gauge from 45-100 to 50-105......will that effect the nut in any way or will the nut be fine??? i already got the nut replaced a long time ago but im not sure if getting a bigger gauge will be too heavy or not.

If they are too thick, you or a tech/luthier/knoweledgable person could file it out.

I've never had an issue with a .105 string fitting a stock nut. I have never used a .050 G string though. Just give it a shot. .005, the difference between the strings, is less than the thickness of two average sheets of paper.

Unless your nut is small, a .50-.105 should be fine, i've used that gauge in flats(also .55-.110 in tapewounds) and i've never had to file it or get a new nut. I doubt you'd have to change anything up to .120 gauge, but thats only if you want to do BEAD tuning.
