If I understand you correctly, you are asking whether a double bass book exists that shows how to play chords? There are many methods books for double bass. I am not aware of any that ONLY deals in playing chords. Almost all method books for bass show how to play chords, but you generally need to prepare that sort of playing with much scale and arpeggio practice. And the 1st thing to do is get a private teacher! Advanced playing on a double bass takes years of practice, for most individuals. Look at my YouTube channel (PNeher) and others for some pretty impressive bass playing. If you want to do this kind of playing, many hours of practice is usually required. It is a rather personal thing, and not one book can show you all the needs.
