I realize that you likely mean a teacher who is familiar with the Rabbath method books, or who may have participated in one of Rabbath's workshops. But to teach in his style would be impossible!
He is one unique character, I can tell you, and NO other person alive can teach like him....
But I know what you mean: Try contacting George Vance in Silver Spring, MD (near Bethesda). He runs a Rabbath workshop every summer (in Aug. I think) and would know better than I whether anyone in NC is qualified by the Rabbath Institute to teach in the Rabbath methods.
