A fantastic line up featuring Lance "Romance" Bakemeyer from the Hillbilly Hellcats, as well as Dan Enriquez, also Tyson Murray from The Railbenders will be on hand. The fabulous Susan Phelan, from Angie Stevens & The Beautiful Wreck will also be there. Chopper from Paul Galaxy and the Galactix will be there as well.
The seminar will start out with the anatomy of an upright bass and move into setup, from there we will touch on basic music theory, scales and move into slapping techniques. There are many different styles and we are providing some of the best people to show you exactly how it’s done. This is not a sit down and study workshop; bring your bass and be ready to rock! This seminar is for all skill levels. A beginner essential! It is not limited to rockabilly, country, swing, etc. We will touch on all of the techniques. All for a great cause and cheaper than a tank of gas!
