Love these two, no cheese - just good slappin. I do like and can appreciate how bassers also did "comedy relief" back in those days. Real entertainment.

Thank you Kent for resurfacing these vids of the great Joe Zinkan. He was truly a great slappist.

(I do believe that he is only playing fast quarter notes with some 'drag' triplets thrown in on the first one around 2:50 in. No quads)

I just love how smooth and fluid his slapping is. Great melody too.

Kent: Joe Zinkan sure makes all that slapping stuff look so easy but what gets me is the great way he plays the melody.
This is slapping at it's very best.

Hello, i'm new to the forrum, I could'nt find anyone to show me quads but i found this and I've been busting my knuckles on this first one, it really hurts at first.
