Question To get that "Entwistle" sound without buying too much equipment.

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello David,
I started playing bass about 8 months ago and don't know too much so please help me. The Who is deffinatly my favorite band, and I really want to get that John Entwistle sound without blowing my budget (and for being a kid my budget is about $300) and not knowing what to do with the equipment. So please help me!!!

Since your budget is so small....consider a Line 6 Lowdown modeling amp, or a Berhinger Ultrabass model. Get as many watts as you can afford if ya ever plan to get on stage with it.

You might want to post this on an equipment forum. I am sure you will get many responses and suggestions. I'm pretty much using this forum for questions pertaining to theory and techniques and not equipment.

Best,
Dave
