hollow body bass

im looking for a good hollow body bass but i cant find one anywhere.ive seen the jack cassidy and would like more pickups.my only concern is for slapping which is my bread and butter.im in love with hollow bodys but worried about how they slap.do they slap well? and have u seen any good hollow body basses?(i have considered making one)

Get a Gretsch. You can do anything and everything to them, including slap.

Help decide the fate of this 60s Kent hollowbody!

Well, it seems the video has been made private. It's a shame to. Anyway, the Gretsch Broadkaster will take whatever you have to give, using any technique with any musical style. I highly recommend that you at least try one.
