Hi Ray,

How you doin'? Sorry if this question has been asked before but I want your opinion on this. I admire your bass playing and it would be great do get an answer from a fellow slapper.

I' m looking for a bass guitar (good for slapping) that has alot of different tones. I heard that the Music Man Sterling has the most tones. Is this true?

Please recommend me a slapping bass that has a variety of tones.

thank you,

Fred

G&L L2000 has a wicked variety of tones and all of them sound INCREDIBLE. Find one, try it, be blown away, buy it.
Other than that, I'm not too much help.
