4/4, mag pickup-friendly DB strings
Are there such things? I have a 42" speaking length (nut to bridge) to contend with.

To compound matters, is there a low B to go/get along with any recommendations? I'll take a high C but lower is better...

Spirocore Weich, mittel, or stark will work just fine with a mag pickup. They also make a low B and a high C.
