5 String basses for Jazz?

Two questions: How many currently or would use a 5 string accoustic upright mainly for playing jazz? What type of setup do you prefer if you do use one - low B or high C? I have been using one for several years and am thinking about going back to the traditional 4 EADG string bass. What do you think?

I play five...........with a High C.
