a big thanks

... to everyone who tolerated my tedious questions about strings, and especially the moderator of this forum who guided me through this decision. ... I finally chose Innovation UB blacks and I am very happy with them. I feel like a new player, as they are so much easier on my hands. I have been using the same Spiro mittels for the past 10 years!!!! Finally, I feel like I'm playing my bass and not fighting with it. Again, thanks to all.

I don't think most of us find the subject tedious. The DB strings forum is probably my favorite section. Must be a love/hate thing.

+1 on that. Dbudd, when you get a chance let us know what you like about the Innovations. I haven't tried them yet, so I'm curious.
