Can you compare Spiro Solo/Velvet Blue?
 

Hi,

I want to change strings to something with low tension(currently I'm using Pirastro Jazzers) . I played the Spiro solo set on another bass and I liked it a lot. I've never tried the Velvet Blue set, I tried a set of Garbos sometime ago but I couldn't get used to them since I've played mostly steel string sets in the past(spirocores and pirastro). Are the Blues similar to the Garbos or are they closer to a more "spirocore" type string? Anyone out there who has used both sets( spiro solo/blues) and can make a comparison?
