Eudoxa/Olive life span?

Been trying out a set of Eudoxa's and Oliv's on my bass (££££!). My bass is 100+ year old mittenwald and i wanted to see how it responded to a lower tension string.

I love both these sets, easily the best ive tried in a long time. Probably more into the Eudoxa because it works better in a Jazz setting and bow well. The Olive G is just incredible also.

Im curious as to how long these strings keep their sound etc, before going a bit flat and eventually unwinding.
Ive used Velvet Animas in the past and got about a year out of them.

Im really into the idea of staying with the Eudoxa/Oliv's but depends on Cost vs Lifespan...

I have been using the Eudoxa E&A with Oliv D (full gut G) for about six months now and they show absolutely no signs of unwinding or even changing in tone. The full gut G has given up the ghost during that time (even with frequent oiling and trimming). Simply put, they appear to not have worn any and I am gigging at least twice a week, with rehearsals another two nights a week, and home practice on most other nights. I am very happy with them.
