Smile flexicore V.S Bellcantos

recently i ordered a upton hybrid and the people there suggested flexicore strings for my new bass. on the other hand my teacher KPO suggested bellcanto strings so i was woundering if anyone had some suggestions on what set of strings i should get.

Both. Sell the ones you don't like. The money you loose is part of the cost of the instrument.

There is no way any of us can make this decision for you. Neither can Upton or your teacher or ______.

The relationship between and player their instrument and the strings they use is highly subjective. You are deciding between two varieties of fine wine. One you like, another you like better. They guy on the stool next to you likes em the other way. So it goes.
