Exclamation flexocore 5/4 on a 112 diapason bass

Hello to all,
I open this 3d in order to know your impressions on as you have found yourselves when you play/played flexocore strings with the bow , wich type of sound have the flexocore regarding the helicore orchestra ???

I want a only bow bass to study classic music on it !!!

I will have to mount set 5/4 for mine 112 , I have a doubt approximately the force that I will have to apply to my fingers to play in high positions of the instrument that's will greater or smaller then now ?

Not like now i use of the string for diapason 106 on one 112 cm of diapason and the high position aren't suitable for me now !!

I will loose a little bit of volume wen i put the flexocore on my instrument ???

Many tanks for your help

Matteo from Milan

The 5/4 Flexocors will be thinner than the regulars so you'll get less tension.
Loss of volume?
Maybe not, depends on the way the instrument will react to the loss of tension.
It may even sound louder.
