good sounding E string?

What kind or brand of string should I use for my E string. My bass doesn't have a loud E string (I am currently using Pirastro Jazzer strings) and I have asked professionals and they said it is one of the characteristics of my bass and that I should get a different E string that is louder. What would you suggest, thanks again!

What kind of E string are you using now? This would help.

That said, in my experience the Thomastik Supeflexible E projected better than the others I've tried. Spirocore also not bad in that regard.
