Help identifying strings

I have a new Strunel solid carves bass that came with a set of strings that has purple on all the ends by the tail stock and all purple on the head stock side accept for the G and it is violet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IIRC Spirocore Weichs (light gauge) had all purple on one end but I dont think it was the same on both ends. Maybe these are original Pirastro Flexocores? Someone else feel free to correct me as I could very well be wrong.

Spiro Weichs would still be red on the tail piece end. Are the strings one solid shade of purple, or a stripes of two different shades on the tail piece end? If the tail piece end is the stripes of two different colors, they could likely be Kolstein Heritage. If it's one solid shade, possibly Pirastros of some kind?

Original Flexochores have purple silk on the tailpiece end. Normally Pirastro Strings have a color code at the scrol end for each string that identifies its pitch, but i have seen Pirastro strings, that have an all purple wrapping. Maybe these are pre '92 Orig.Flex.???

With the Original Flexocors and Original Flatchromes, the tone ID silk takes only the last half of the peg end. It's solid purple on the other half.
So if the strings have been trimmed, the tone ID part may be gone, leaving only the purple part visible.

Thank you all for the quick responses. I like the strings and they bow beautifully. I think I will keep them on for the time being. Doug
