Hua Yin strings for DB?

I have to ask - these guys are selling DB strings on eBay for $16 a set shipped direct out of Hong Kong. Well, of course the first reaction is "you get what you pay for" or "if it sounds too good to be true"... but I wonder if anyone on the forum could post any experience they've had with these strings?
