Jazzers vs Weichs vs Correlli370tx

Hola everyone. It's that time of year again for me, thinking about new strings. I have the Spiros on now, they replaced the Corellis on my M-1. The bass has a warm sound, so I desire some brightness (perchance to growl?) from my strings. Also easy tension seems better for both me and the bass. So I ask: How does Pirastro Jazzer compare with the others in terms of Tone (brilliance and growl) Arco, and Tension? Thank you.

Most comments I heard were that Jazzers are in-between Spiro meds and Weichs as for tension.
I think they have a better tone, rounder and warmer.
I heard they're not bad with the bow too, but I can't comment on that.
HTH!

the jazzers are definitely a little more tense than the weichs.
kind of like a superflexible. darker and not as long lasting brightness.
havw you tried obligatos.
they growl well . the E and A are abouth weich but the G and d are a little tighter.

You might want to check out Labella 7720's as well. They have a really nice growl, and are fairly bright. They arco decently too.
