Evah regulars? Wow,this just demonstrates the interactions among basses and strings. On my bass, both the Evah regular and Evah weich E is quite powerful.

Try a sound post adjustment. That Evah E is pretty big sounding...
+1.

The Evah Weich E is at least as loud as the regular one was on my bass, maybe more so.
The balance of this set is exemplary for me... but then I've never felt the need for the E string to be uber-powerful in relation to the other three strings. I prefer that the response of the bass is pretty much equal over the whole range of the fingerboard. I believe that the Evah Pirazzis (both gauges) have come closer to that ideal than any string I've tried.
I have played many basses that don't respond as well in the low registers as mine does, so I suppose that you have to gain that back somehow in some cases.

I like the regular Evah E just fine and it is matched very well, but I prefer a Spiro Mittel E. It's a little tighter and a little more ummpfh . Never played a Stark E, but I could imagine it being too much with the Evahs.
I don't know if it will match, but it sure is loud !
Yup. I will never use another E string. It balances well with Mittels for the other 3 strings. The one I have on there now is 3 years old and it still carries a warning label for those with heart conditions. Besides, if my car ever gets stuck in a ditch I can tie that string the the back of a pickup to pull me out.
In the unlikely event that you are driving a Vintage VW Bug, and you are stranded with a busted clutch cable, a Spirocore E string will suffice as a temp replacement.
For a louder E string try everything already outlined here. Every bass is different, after all.
I agree with the "check your soundpost" suggestions. If your E string isn't loud enough that can help.
There are other factors the can kill E strings that are not string complications which are more expensive to address like bass bar thickness and fit or top thickness or graduation for example. Changing strings won't fix that either.
In addition most under $4K basses made with plywood tops have E strings that will not have the same power and volume as your A/D/G and no string will fix that.
Having said all that the Spirocore Mittel E or Stark E are the loudest on most basses for pizz or arco and the Stark Flexocor and Permanant E strings get honorable mention.
