No.
(If I understand your question correctly)
They are often described as E-extension though.
They are longer E strings designed to fit an E string extension system. (which can play down to low C or low B)
(the gauge is identical to a a regular E string)
If you don't have an E string extension, you really need a thicker string. (a low B or low C string)
