I was just about to post this same question. I've placed two orders online with them and neither has been acknowledged. My phone calls go unanswered - rather answered with a message that voice mail box is full. I give up.

Same one. Like I said, I've placed two online orders with no acknowledgement. No human voices on the phone.

Spirocore Cello C and G 4/4 ?

New Info- Just noticed their website is back.. sent more

Try Vitali Import
800-325-8154 Very helpful. They have everything for making or repairing violins, violas, cello & bass - and all the accessories and strings.
