Pirastro customer service/failing Olive

Hi just wondering if anyone knows about how to contact Pirastro - I have a 3 week old olive and the windings are coming loose in the middle of the string - around the Bb to C range. it's a G string
thanks in advance for any help

I've personally had extrodanary luck with Pirastro customer service and am very loyal as a result. I'm sure they will take good care of you if you ask nicely.

Just to clear things up, Adrian is the technical manager at Pirastro, not a customer service representative, although he takes care of most of the requests.
