Reginald Veal strings?

I am trying desperately to figure out what kind of strings Reginald Veal uses. I have tried internet searches and whatnot, but it is all to no avail. There is a sever shortage of information on Mr. Veal, whom I consider to be one of the finest jazz players alive. If anyone has any info, or even ideas as to what kind of strings he uses, please let me know. Thanks.

No website, true...but a Yahoo! people search turns up an Email address for a Reginald Veal in New Orleans, where he's from. Give 'er a shot...

I've never been on this side of the tracks (DB) but I saw Regi Veal's name. He is a very special player that more people should know about. He is a very moving player for sure.
