Its a one of the Christopher "Concert" Basses, 3/4 Busetto Model. I bought this bass to replace an old Kay bass I'd had for a few years and was really only shopping for hybrid and carved instruments, but didn't find anything that I thought sounded as good as this laminate (in my price range, of course!). After reading here on TB about Michael Moore using these basses, I'm happy to know I'm not alone in thinking these bass sounds great!
Bass sounds like I want it to, but the strings just aren't cutting it. Think I'm going to see about a set of Superflexible solos, tune them down, and see what happens.
