spirocore solo diameter ?

hi all !

i'm looking for the diameter (mm) of the Spirocore solo strings... i would like to compare with the Obligatos solo i use now. I really like them, as well for slap and pizz, but they're very thin..."G" (A solo) is 1mm on my caliper...
thanks

The Spirocores are about the same size as the Obligato Solos. I think if you are looking to go for a solo gauge steel string you should check out the Thomastik Superflexible Solos. The diameter is larger than the Obligatos, and they sound really nice.

1mm?! Maybe they forgot the winding on yours or something.

thanks for the replies, i'll try the Superflexibles..
btw, Ray, i give here the diameter i found with my poor plastic calliper... closely, its maybe "just" above the 1mm, but not so.. i have a D labella goldentone that i measured and it give me 2,5mm... i don't know if its wrong, i admit that 1mm is a strange result
