| As a further update to the great string mystery, I was the seller who shipped these strings to RVL in Japan, also believing these were Spirocores. I also hadn't played Spirocores or Jargars, and neither had the TBer who sold them to me... so it was a trainwreck all round!
Anyway, the strings came back to me and have since been sold on at a more realistic price as the Jargar Fortes that we now know them to be. All affected parties have had been made good financially, and I'd like to publicly thank LouisF for his exceptional understanding and generosity in helping that happen. The man is a gentleman of the old school.
So, that's that settled!
