Where can I find a tailpiece tuner?

Hello,

I recently had a low C extension installed and tuning the low string is kind of a pain.

Does anyone know who makes a fine tuner, or a tailpiece with a built in tuner on the low string?

I see that Lemur has a metal tailpiece with tuners built in on all four strings.

I'm not really sure I want a metal tailpiece on my bass though.
