Not sure exactly how much of a deal this is with the lack of info provided, but perhaps for the Ric fans it's worth investigating: http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/msg/1856934850.html
Looks like it needs some tuners. Not sure what else. I'm not too familiar with the Ric colors, especially 4001 models, so for all I know this could be a clone.
