I ordered some defective wall hangers from there once, they wanted me to pay return shipping and were TOTAL a-holes about it. I'm never, ever going to deal with them again. Just a heads up.

My problem wasn't so much their choice of selling pieces of wood with large cracks in them that were supposed to hold instruments on a wall, but their customer service (or lack thereof) and return policy for DOA goods. If you choose to but something from there, you better pray it works when you get it.
