I had one that had been out of the house once, and babied, but when I sold the Epi Thunderbird and bag the buyer got it and complained that it was ripped. I had missed it, but I'm sure he was telling the truth. I'd advise passing on this bag at $19.95, $9.95, or even $0.99.

I just ordered two different gig bags (both were 19.95) on sale from MF two days ago. I hope they're decent enough. I wish I would've known that this sale/clearance was coming. |

They adjusted pricing for me once in a similar situation.
Regarding the bag I had: I believe it was a lower grade than this one, but check out the reviews on this bag and all their bags. They are all negative and talk about rips and seams that fail. Buyer beware.

On first glance...the zippers seem rugged and the padding and cloth seem more than adequate. The pockets are pretty unflexible when it comes to expanding. Which means that if you have sheet music...then it will be no problem, but, something fatter like a binder or thicker will max out the space.
I believe that the Boulder bag I have seems like a better bag....but, this one isn't far behind it. If you don't carry alot of stuff with your bag...and need something that's grab and go...the RR Pro will be great.
The two carrying handles fit well and seem very sturdy. There is also a little rubber footing on the bag. So, that when you stand it up, with bass in tow....the strap button will have something nice and thick to keep it safe from the floor.
Overall, thumbs up! If the Boulder Bag is a 5 of 5....then this is a 4 of 5.

The Bass Bag arrived yesterday and is padded much better than the strat bag. The zippers seem heavier than the strat bag too.
I have a fender bag that the main zipper crapped out, and it was going to cost $36 to buy a new zipper and have it installed.
Yeah......I'm glad I let myself get talked out of this one.....NOT !
worthy purchase. even if the zipper goes.....I will have something done....this is a decent bag.
I have a Kaces and a CNB from Rondo that outlived my Fender Deluxe bag by more than 3-4 years. |

I have found that J&R out of NY will also haggle the price down for you...and often ships for free.
