Only real deal I saw was a BBE AM-64 dirtbox for $19.99, which is OK if you like that sort of thing. Otherwise, the big featured deals were just nothing. Worst GC Memorial Day sale in living memory here.

I -- and a number of other people -- got brand-new Fender H1 Telecasters w/bag for $389 on Labor Day. Not store-trashed, but new shipped just for the sale.
No such luck this time, though. 
The real crusher was when Bain bought out GC/MF. Things have never been the same after that.

I went to the GC by my office and they were selling Squier CV's for $279.00, including the new "Pino" P. Normally they are $350.00. That seemed to be a pretty good deal.
FYI, Arlington Heights, IL store.

This was a featured item on "The List" here.
If I had any interest in a Squier, which I don't, I think I could do better online, considering the brutal sales tax here. MF's had these for $280 any number of times recently and you can chip a bit more off that with discounts and eBates, etc., never mind evading California's near-10% sales tax.

sale is friday-monday.
15% all kinds of items(mostly NON sale items). not sure on a particular piece, ask the associate.
