If you need a hideous 5er for a project that doesn't involve witnesses, this might be a deal. Corts are fugly, but functional.

It's not that bad. It has elements of high end basses that I find really ugly.

True dat. I've seen basses costing many thousands more that were much uglier.

I didn't pull the trigger but was watching a Cort A5 Custom Z that was down to $433 on Amazon before the price went back up to $900. I should have jumped on it. Oh well!
