I've been wanting to try Sunbeams for awhile now. I've never seen them this cheap so I ordered 2 sets at that price! Thanks for the heads up.

Great! you will love them. I really like the natural sound and the nickels are warm and wear great. I use them on my 74 jazz and they sound tight! I took down 4 myself.

According to Amazon, the Music Den is out of stock on these strings and cancelled my order. Oddly, Music Den has them listed as "In stock" on their website. Is it time to call "shenanigans" on the Music Den?

I Ordered 2 sets @ $14 each from Music-Den through Amazon on 3/29. after 8 days and 3 emails requesting ship status through Amazon "contact seller" link and no reply, I called Music-Den. Just so happened they said my order was going out that day! (yea right). I got them on Sat. 4/9/11.

Same situation here. No response to emails, but they picked up the phone and I was told "it's shipping today or tomorrow." I got the package but it was Hi-Beams instead of Sunbeams.

Still a great deal, but it looks like The Music Den is trying to pull something off and not owning up to it. I'll consider myself very lucky this time and not buy from them again.

Aw jeeez...I hadnt opened my pkg til after I read your post. Yep, they sent Hi-Beams not Sunbeams to me as well. Given the discount ($10 per set) I wont return them unless they suck on my 75 RI Jazz. Ed Friedlands review likes the Hi-Beams so I'll try them. I will lodge a complaint with Music Den as well.

A week after lodging a complaint on Amazon and direct on Music Dens site, they sent an apology and stated they are shipping the Sunbeams. We'll see.
