It was very kludgy for me in FireFox, but worked in IE.

The initial connection panel closed so quickly that I couldn't write down the tracking number, so I was wondering what was going to happen with that.

There's no notification after the order is completed that eBates has done its thing.

Anyway, I got notification that I was (eventually) going to get my rebate today, so I guess it worked after all.

Kind of like Bing? ...Which works great in Safari but not at all in FFox, IME.

I dunno, maybe, I couldn't make any sense out of Bing. I suspect that they give the same rebate, but it might be worth comparing before purchase.

I do know that an ridiculous number of complex-function sites won't run reliably on anything but plain-vanilla IE.

Anyway, free money for stuff you're going to buy already works for me and finally explains why so many special offers are "phone only."

it works for me in either browser. You don't have to do anything with the tracking number. After your purchase it takes a couple a days and then you'll get an email saying your money is in your account. Easy as pie

Received my 4% rebate +$5 signup bonus today in PayPal on the bass I received yesterday!

Rather quicker than they said, but I'm OK with it.

Complicated analysis of stacked discounts brought me 22% off on a sale Jaguar bass, with which I'm quite happy.

ebay gave me a 10% off coupon which i used on my 08 p bass saving me 85$ , never heard of ebates tho thanks for the heads up.
