Form doesn't take long, no sensitive information, looks like they are looking for businesses upgrading their phone systems so I would put in a convincing business name with a fake phone.

Cool

Hmm...started to but then realized that I'm not happy with all the junk mail I get already, a bunch of random business stuff being sent to me just isn't worth the annoyance

Meh. What's a little more junk mail? Maybe it will keep the USPS in business!

Not a full yr but 3 months. Alright, used PO Box to minimize exposure to junk mail.

I used my trash e-mail account.

I also answered "No" to everything.

Opera News? Ebony? Umm, I'm the wrong demographic for those two fo sho.

I requested both Guitar Player and Bass Player. Do you think I'll receive any free magazines?

A few weeks from now I'll mysteriously start receiving CIO magazine at my workplace, no doubt. And then I'll be cold called from a guy wanting to sell me consulting services. It'll happen.

But I'll also get Bass Player delivered to my home, so that's something.

As much as I'd love to like a mag dedicated to my favorite instrument, I just didn't find that I liked it all that much. Even for free it would be a stretch. Had a sub for 3 years and finally gave up on it.

I think TB is a better value and it's interactive. But I'll admit it's hard to roll up TB to swat at flies.

They've got a valid work address, and phone no., not mine.

Okay, bring the magazine to my home address...

I agree. I despised that magazine. It was total junk and little but relentless whoring for the advertisers, particularly in their "Cons: None" reviews of junk products like special go-faster "bass cables" and other such nonsense.

It was an insult to me to see that in my mail every month.

I didn't realize you could get both mags so I signed up twice. First w/ my real name, then w/ an alias. Thanks for the link. I can't remember the last time I actually paid for a magazine subscription. Suckers!

I've never seen so many people create fake companies before. Did you guys at least make good names for them?

I'm also of the opinion that less mail would save USPS, not more.

I dunno. I don't find BP all that offensive at all. Sometimes pick up a good tip, etc. It is what it is.
