Amazing price volatility, as we've noted many times.

This $173.66 price was pretty much there all yesterday...gone now.

All the Hagstrom basses were really cheap for a while there. I actually picked up the FXB210 on Amazon for $200.18 in Burgundy Burst (it doesn't look nearly as bad in person and has a nice sound and feel) as my starter bass and within an hour the price went back to $430. Then they all started going up. I have no idea what the deal was, but I'm very happy with it given the price I paid. I'll say this, it's better than anything else I checked out in the under $350 range.
