WOW. That's absurd. Hopefully one of the southpaws around here gets to it before it goes back up in price.

You can try, but a couple of us here pulled the trigger last time they offered them. I received a big ol' box with nothing but a G&L gig bag in it. When I contacted them they told me it was a mistake and let me keep the gig bag and refunded my money a couple of weeks later. Good luck.

It's a very nice gigbag, but I wouldn't pay 80.00 for one.

They simply dropped a decimal--it should be 799.99. Not likely they'll actually deliver one for that price, but good luck to all lefties!

worse thing that can happen is you get a refund and have to drop the box off at ups
since amazon pays for return shipping if it's broken or they screw up

It should actually be $699.99 (and it is now) so it's not just a dropped decimal. I'll take a chance for a free gig bag

Heck the pickups alone are $240 from G&L.

If mine does indeed show up, I plan to take it straight to the G&L dealer nearby and trade it for a righty something

I know there's about as much of a chance of this coming as there is of me winning the lottery, but I couldn't help it. I mean, as long as I can live without $80 in my account for a week or two what is there to lose? I'm not even left handed, but for that price I'll either flip it over or flip it at the local shop

Well, I just got my UPS tracking number from Amazon. It'll be fun to see what's inside the box.

Approach it as if you ordered the gigbag and Gravy time if they stick a bass in there too.

The weight of the package should tell all

Could get interesting, my package is 10.6 lbs.

A G&L gigbag is around 4 pounds, leaving 6 pounds for bass and packaging. Not gonna happen. The last bass I got in weighed 8.5 by itself, and the shipping weight was 19 lbs. with no bag or case at all.
