Ken | I'm really interested in hearing about this head. 30 watts sounds low but with the right cab, I'm sure it's plenty loud. I want to hear how well it breaks up.

I love the sound of it, nice and meaty fundamentals but if you're trying to be Mark King and shatter glass with the treble I would not recommend this. I prefer a clean sound and this does it in spades. These are made in China which makes me wonder about the rest of the fliptop line. I'll double check those at the NAMM show in January. All in all a good amp, especially a tube amp, for $399!
BTW, it is small (I like!) @ 15.75"X10"x8"h and light. |
