| Only Buy It Now auctions are permitted in the Hot Deals folder for the obvious reasons that (1) all serious bidding on regular auctions takes place in the final minutes so there is no way to tell if a regular auction will be a decent deal, let alone a hot deal, and (2) there is too much potential for sellers and their friends to abuse this folder to hype their auctions. These rules are posted in the Hot Deals sticky and summarized at the top of this page.
