Not really, when you account for shipping yours is 98 cents more. Although prob worth it for the foam. I like this thread, anybody else got a micro head hard case deal?

What head are you using yours with? I think I might pick this one up, 98 cents is worth if for foam.

GK MB fusion. The foam works great and the dividers keep my other junk from banging around . I bought mine local for $20 from Harbor. If you don't want to wait to ship, I've seen them at Home depot/Menards/Lowe's. I don't know for sure if they all came w/ foam though.

Forgot to mention mine came with a piece of egg crate foam to put between the top pockets and the amp.

Ha, I have a few of those (Home Depot where the tool boxes are), bought a few at $20, but now they're $25, one of which I keep (store, now) my MB500 head, cables, etc in.

I have foam from a road-case company nearby (owned by my buddy’s old bassist) that I cut up for such things, including sections of my walls in the music room.

I have and use a few of them for equipment and gig stuff.

I think I got the same thing in aluminum from Menards, for my Superfly. It came with the block-o-foam inside and made a perfect case:
